1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 cup margarine 2 eggs 2 cups shredded coconut 1 cup chopped walnuts tiny dash of salt 2 teaspoons vanilla 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix all ingredients at once.
3. Chill dough to make it easier to handle. Roll into neat one-inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
4. Bake for about 11-13 minutes until golden brown.
