1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese 1 Tbs. snipped green onion 1/4 tsp. salt Dash bottled hot pepper sauce 1 7 1/2-oz. can minced clams
1. Mix the first 5 ingredients; beat smooth.
2. Drain clams; add with enough milk to make spreading
consistency.
3. Chill; remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before
serving.
