1 cup margarine 1/4 cup sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cups chopped nuts strawberry or red raspberry preserves
1. Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add flour and mix well.
3. Shape level measuring teaspoons of dough into balls; roll in nuts.
4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
5. Indent centers and fill with preserves.
6. Bake at 400-degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
