1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened 3 cups confectioners sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring 1 1/2 packages Baker's semisweet chocolate squares, melted* coconut, powdered sugar, cocoa, or nuts for coating To melt chocolate in microwave, cook on HIGH for 2 minutes 10 seconds.
1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add confectioners sugar, mixing well.
3. Add vanilla flavoring and melted chocolate, mixing well.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Form into 1-inch balls.
6. Roll each ball in coconut, powdered sugar, cocoa, or nuts.
7. Store in refrigerator.
