4 cups milk
1 package chocolate pudding mix
1 tablespoon creme de cacao or amaretto liqueur
ice cubes (optional)
mint springs, for garnish
1. In a blender, combine the milk, pudding mix, and creme de cacao.
2. Process on high until smooth. Add the ice cubes, process until blended, pour into serving glasses, and serve with a spring of mint for garnish.
