1 square baker's unsweetened chocolate 1 tablespoon butter 3/4 cup unsifted confectioners' sugar dash of salt 2 tablespoon (about) hot milk
1. Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over low heat; remove from heat.
2. Add sugar and salt; add milk, small amount at a time, until mixture is on glaze consistency. Blend well.
3. Spread over cake while warm; spread with spatula.
