1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef 1 package frozen mixed vegetables 2 small potatoes, diced 1 can chili beans 1 large can chopped tomatoes 1 large can tomato sauce 1 1/2 cups water salt, pepper and chili powder to taste
1. Brown meat; add vegetables and remaining ingredients.
Simmer until vegetables are done.
2. Serve with grated Cheddar cheese on top and crackers on
the side.
