1 1/4 cups onion, chopped 1 Tbs. margarine 1 5-oz. can of chicken 1 14.5-oz. can chicken broth 1 cup sharp cheese, grated 1/2 cup rice, uncooked
1. Cook onion in margarine until tender.
2. Mix in chicken, broth, cheese, and rice.
3. Pour into casserole dish.
4. Bake covered in preheated 375-degree oven about 1 hour.
