1 tablespoon olive oil 6 ounces raw, diced chicken breast 1 (10-oz.) package frozen, thawed broccoli 1/2 cup shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
1. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to an 8" baking pan.
2. Stir in mixture of chicken and broccoli.
3. Sprinkle with cheese at bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until done.
