1 large fryer 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup diced celery 1/2 cup diced bell pepper 1/2 pound medium or sharp cheddar cheese 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 8 ounce package egg noodles
1. Boil chicken and remove bones.
2. Remove chicken from broth and cook onions, celery, and pepper in broth.
3. In separate pot cook noodles until tender and then drain.
4. Pour all ingredients together making sure to mix well.
5. Put into a casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
6. Bake for 45 minutes at 350-degrees.
