2 large potatoes, peeled and diced 1 large onion, chopped 1 5-oz. can chunky chicken 1 8-oz. can cream-style corn Salt and pepper, to taste 1/4 tsp. herb seasoning 1 cup milk
1. In saucepan, combine potatoes and onion.
2. Cover with 1 inch of water.
3. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender when pierced with fork.
4. Add chicken. Cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add corn and seasonings.
6. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for a few minutes until hot.
7. Add milk, stirring gently.
8.Cook until stew is thoroughly heated, but do not boil.
