1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/2 cup melted margarine 1 small can mushrooms, drained with liquid reserved 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts 1 small box spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained 1 1/2 cups milk 1/4 cup flour 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1. Saute' onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms in margarine.
2. Stir in flour and salt.
3. Combine remaining ingredients with above.
4. Heat throughout and until cheese is melted. (Use stovetop, oven, microwave, or crockpot.)
