1 fryer chicken 1 lb. sausage 1 large onion 1 pkg. Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Salt and pepper to taste 4 cups water 2 cups rice
1. Cut fryer in large pieces.
2. Cook in pressure pot with 4 cups water, salt and pepper for approx. 20 minutes after pot begins to jiggle.
3. In the meantime, cut sausage into rings and chop onions into small pieces. Saute' in frying pan with no additional fat.
4. Debone chicken and add back to stock. Add remaining ingredients and cook until rice is soft about 20 minutes.
