1 large oven bag (14x20) 2 tablespoons flour 1 package (3/4-1 oz.)chicken gravy mix 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 1/2 cup water 6 skinless chicken pieces seasoned salt and pepper 4 medium carrots, sliced 2 stalks celery, sliced
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Shake flour in oven bag and place in 13x9 baking pan.
3. Add gravy mix, garlic powder and water to bag.
4. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients.
5. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and pepper, place in bag.
6. Place carrots and celery around chicken.
7. Close bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top.
8. Bake until chicken is tender, 45 to 50 minutes.
