3 ounce secret sauces southwest marinade
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast 1 cup sliced peppers (red, yellow or orange)
1 large onion, sliced
3 tbsp. olive oil
sour cream
grated mexican cheese
6 fajita or burrito tortillas
Remove excess skin or fat from meat. Slice chicken into ¼? by 3? strips. Pour Secret Sauces Southwest Marinade in resealable bag with meat. Seal bag and place in refrigerator and marinate for 1 hour.

Heat large sauté or fry pan. Add oil to pan and heat. Add onion and peppers and cook until just slightly soft. Push to outside edges of pan. Add meat and cook until done. (add more oil as required.)

Warm tortillas per package instructions. Place individual tortillas on plates. Add meat, sour cream, salsa, grated cheese, fajita meat, onions and peppers to taste. Wrap tortilla and Enjoy!
Chef's Comments:
If you're not in the mood for chicken, you can substitute shrimp, beef tenderloin, strip steak, flank steak, or whatever you are in the mood for. They're very simple and delicious.
