1 cup long grain white rice 2 cups boiling water 1 frying chicken, cut up 1 stick margarine 1 envelope dry onion soup mix Salt and pepper, to taste
1. In a 2-quart casserole dish, combine rice with boiling water. Place chicken over rice. Dot margarine over chicken.
Sprinkle onion soup over top. Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Cover dish. Cook for 1 hour at 350-degrees or until chicken is done.
