1 chicken (3 lb.) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can (4 oz) mushrooms 1/4 cup white wine (or water)
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
2.Place in crockpot. Mix wine and soup and pour over chicken. Pour mushrooms over top of chicken.
3. Cook on low 7-9 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
4.Sliced onions may be added for a different flavor.
