2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1 4-oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drained (or equivalent amount of fresh, chopped mushrooms) 1/3 cup finely chopped onion 1/3 cup chopped bell pepper (any color) 1 cup meat (suggestions: chopped pepperoni; cooked, drained, and crumbled sausage or hamburger) 1 can (6 oz) black olives, drained and chopped (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well.
2. Pour into lightly greased 11x7 baking dish.
3. Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree F oven for about
25 minutes, or until light brown and bubbly.
4. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or French bread.
NOTE: If you are health-conscious, you can substitute low-
fat cheese and eliminate the meat, but do NOT
substitute low-fat or fat-free mayonnaise. Add any
other pizza ingredients as you desire.
