1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated 1 cup whole wheat flour 3 Tbs. oil 1/4 tsp. salt dash of cayenne pepper 1/4 cup milk 1/3 cup chopped walnuts walnuts halves
1. Mix cheese, flour, oil, salt and cayenne pepper together until crumbly.
2. Add milk and chopped walnuts; knead into a large ball.
3. Roll individual balls 1-inch in diameter; flatten between palms of hands.
4. Place a walnut half in the center of each cookie; place on oiled cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 350-degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
