2 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained 2 cups chopped pecans, divided 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 1 tablespoon seasoning salt 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1. Mix pineapple and cream cheese.
2. Mix bell pepper, onion, and salt together. Add to above and mix well.
3. Mix in 1 cup pecans.
4. Shape into ball and roll in the remaining nuts.
5. Serve with assorted crackers.
