1 package (7.2 ounces) roasted garlic instant mashed potatoes 1 cup sour cream 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1-1/2 cups french fried onions
1. Prepare potatoes according to package directions for 2 pouches (8 servings).
2. Stir in sour cream and 1 cup cheese. Heat through. Spoon mixture into a 2-qt. baking dish.
3. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and french fried onions.
4. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes until hot and golden.
