2 tablespoon blanched & ground almonds 3 cloves garlic, pressed or minced 3 tablespoon dijon mustard 3 tablespoon brewer's yeast 2 tablespoon soy sauce 3 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon olive oil
1. Combine almonds, garlic, mustard & yeast to make a paste.
2. Whisk in the remaining ingredients.
Alternate Method
1. Put everything in a blender and process until smooth.
