2 tablespoons margarine 1 1/4 cups sugar 1/4 cup buttermilk 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring 1 can coconut
1. Cream together margarine and sugar.
2. Add eggs, buttermilk, and flavoring; cream until blended.
3. Add coconut.
4. Pour into uncooked pie shell.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.
