1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 can (10 1/2-oz.) condensed onion soup 1 Tbs. flour 1 pkg. (10-oz.) frozen peas, cooked 4 cups cooked noodles
1. Cook ground beef in small amount of oil. Pour off drippings. Add salt, flour and onion soup.
2. Cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
3. In a greased 2-quart casserole, make layers of half the noodles, meat mixture and peas. Repeat, arranging top layer of peas in a circle on meat mixture.
4. Cover and bake in a slow oven (300-degrees)
for 45 minutes.
