1/2 pound lean ground beef 3 teaspoons margarine or butter 2 medium onions, peeled and sliced seasoned salt pepper
1. Make 4 rounded burger patties.
2. Melt margarine or butter in skillet; add onions, frying and stirring for about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet.
3. Put burgers into skillet and brown on all sides over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes.Turn down heat and add cooked onions,salt and pepper.
4. Serve smothered with onions.
