1 pound fresh brussels sprout eer (enough to cover sprouts) 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons butter
1. Trim and wash sprouts; place in medium-size saucepan.
2. Pour over enough beer to cover; bring to boil.
3. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes or until tender.
4. Add more beer, if needed, as liquid evaporates; drain.
5. Add salt and butter.
6. Serve hot.
