Salad: 1 head broccoli, finely chopped 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup pecans, chopped 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled Dressing: 1/3 cup sugar 1/8 cup white vinegar 1/4 cup mayonnaise
1. Place vegetables, raisins, and nuts in a bowl.
2. In another bowl, mix dressing.
3. Pour dressing over salad and mix well. Just
before serving, add bacon and mix again.
