1 package frozen chopped broccoli (10 ounce), cooked and drained 8 ounce shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon plain flour 1 cup milk 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 teaspoon salt Pepper to taste 1 unbaked deepdish pieshell
1. Mix cheese and flour. Set aside.
2. Mix milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir in broccoli and cheese/flour mix.
4. Pour into pieshell.
5. Place on cookie sheet in oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 55-60 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and let sit several minutes to firm.
