2 cups diced potatoes 1 20-oz bag broccoli cuts 1 cup diced onion 3 cubes chicken bouillon 5 cups water 2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted 1/3 of 2-lb box Velveeta cheese
1. Mix the first 4 ingredients in 5 cups of water. Bring to boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
2. Stir in celery soup. Heat several minutes until smooth.
3. Add cheese just before serving.
