4 oz medium noodles 2 1/2 cups cooked, chopped chicken 1/2 cup chopped onions 1 10-oz package broccoli 1 10-oz can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup skim milk, room temperature 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese 1 teaspoon basil 2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Prepare the bottom of a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish lightly with cooking spray.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine noodles, chicken, onions, and broccoli.
3. In another mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, cheese, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir in noodle mixture.
4. Pour entire mixture into lightly greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
5. Bake, covered, in preheated 350 degree F oven for 40 minutes.
