12 cups shredded cabbage
2 green peppers, shredded (about 1 1/4 cups)
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup salad oil
green pepper or pimiento strips
1. Combine cabbage and shredded green pepper in large mixing bowl.
2. Stir together remaining ingredients except green strips.
3. Pour mixture over cabbage and green pepper; toss to mix thoroughly.
4. Place salad in bowl lined with cabbage leaves; garnish with green pepper strips in shape of a favorite cattle brand. Or, shape your initial under a bar of green pepper or pimiento.
