1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar, divided 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 3 tablespoons bourbon 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 2 tablespoons light corn syrup 1/2 cup pecans
1. In bowl of food processor, combine 1 cup confectoner's sugar, graham cracker crumbs, pecans, and cocoa. Process with quick on/off pulses.
2. Add bourbon and corn syrup. Process, using quick on/off pulses, until mixture begins to hold together.
3. Press and roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
4. Toss each ball in remaining 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar to coat.
5. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
NOTE: If desired, pecans can be finely chopped and ingredients mixed together by hand.
