1 large head cabbage, cut into small pieces 1 to 2 pounds Polish kielbasa sausage, cut into bite size pieces (Use turkey kielbasa if health-conscious.) Salt and pepper to taste
1. Bring large pot of salted water to boil.
2. Add sausage, turn down heat to medium, and boil for approximately 15 minutes.
3. Remove sausage and add cabbage to water. Boil until cabbage is tender.
4. Drain cabbage in colander. Use chopper to chop cabbage into smaller pieces.
5. Transfer cabbage to serving dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in sausage.
