1 small head cauliflower 1/2 cup onion rings 1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives 2/3 cup clear french salad dressing with herb and spices 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese 1 head lettuce, torn into pieces
1. Separate cauliflower into flowerets; slice; add to onion rings and olives.
2. Marinate in dressing 1/2 hour in refrigerator.
3. Add blue cheese and lettuce.
4. Toss.
