1 lb ground beef; browned 1 1/2 cup tomato sauce 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon picante sauce water 6 oz cheddar cheese; grated 12 tostada shells 1 lettuce 1 tomatoes 1 onion 1 picante sauce
1. Combine first 5 items in crockpot and simmer a few hours.
2. Spoon 1/4 cup of this meat mixture onto each warm tostada shell.
3. Top with 1/2 oz. cheddar cheese.
4. Serve 2 tostada shells on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes and onions and picante sauce.
