5 pounds ground beef 2 1/2 cups onion, chopped 1 number 10 can pork and beans 5 to 10 tablespoons vinegar 2 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 1/4 teaspoons hot sauce 2 1/4 cups catsup 5 tablespoons worcestershire sauce 1 1/4 teaspoons pepper
1. Cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain well.
2. Combine beef mixture and remaining ingredients; stir well.
3. Spoon bean mixture into five 1 1/2-quart casserole dishes.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 350-degrees for 30 minutes.
