1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 3/4 cup soft bread crumbs 1/3 cup milk 1/4 cup catsup 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 2 tsps. worcestershire sauce 2 tsps. horseradish 1 1/2 tsps. salt
1. Combine all ingredients; mix lightly.
2. Shape into 6 large patties.
3. Place in hinged grill.
4. Grill 4 inches from hot coals about 7 minutes on each side or until browned outside and medium inside.
5. If desired, serve in toasted hamburger buns.
