3 to 4 lbs beef ribs 1 onion; chopped 1 tablespoon butter 2/3 cup catsup 3 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoon cider vinegar 2 tablespoon brown sugar
1. Cut beef ribs into 2 to 3-inch lengths.
2. Place short ribs on a broiler pan. Broil until
well-browned to remove excess fat.
3. Transfer to crockery pot.
4.Saute` onion in butter until limp and golden. Pour in catsup; soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar. Heat until blended. Pour over ribs. Cover.
5. Cook on LOW 8 hours.
