3 to 4 peeled potatoes, quartered 4 to 6 onions, halved 1 3 to 6-lb. beef chuck or shoulder roast salt and pepper to taste 1 can tomato soup 1 4-oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
1. Place potatoes and onions in Crockpot; add roast, salt and pepper.
2. Pour soup over top; add 1 cup of water.
3. Arrange mushroom over top; cover.
4. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or 4 to 6 hours on high.
