3 lb cubed stew beef 1 1/2 cup sliced onions 1 clove garlic, minced 1 1/4 cup ketchup 3 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1 tablespoon paprika 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar 2 cup water 2 tablespoon cornstarch
1. Mix all ingredients, except cornstarch, in crockpot.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
3. Turn crockpot to high and stir in mixture of 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/2 cup water. Cook until thickened, about 15 to 20 minutes.
