1 can French-style green beans 1 can whole kernel corn 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup finely chopped onion Pinch of salt 1 stick margarine 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 cup slivered almonds
1. Mix and drain green beans and corn.
2. Put in greased casserole dish.
3. Mix the soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, onion and salt.
Spread over beans and corn.
4. Mix melted margarine with crushed crackers and slivered
almonds and spread on top of casserole.
5. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350-degrees.
