1 1/2 lbs. London Broil 1/2 cup low-carb barbecue sauce 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped 1/4 tsp. cayenne Pepper
1. Heat Grill or Broiler.
2. Using fork, pierce meat.
3. In 11 1/2" x 7" dish, combine all ingredients. Add steak, turning to coat both sides.
4. Cover, let sit 15 minutes.
5. Grill or broil 10 min., or until thermometer inserted into meat reads 140F for medium, turning once.
