3 lb lean chuck or arm roast 1 cup bottled barbeque sauce 3/4 cup water 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes 1 pkg hamburger or sandwich buns 1 single sliced red onion 1 single sliced dill pickles
1. Trim roast of all visible fat.
2. Place in crockpot and add remaining ingredients.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, until meat is very tender. Using two forks, shred the meat into bite-size pieces. Turn the heat to HIGH and cook for about 30 minutes, until sauce is reduced.
4. Serve on hamburger or sandwich buns, with sliced onions and sliced dill pickles.
