4 lbs. breast of lamb, cut into serving pieces 2 medium onions, sliced 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon chili powder 3/4 cup catsup 3/4 cup water 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1. Brown lamb in 4-quart Dutch oven; drain off fat.
2. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over lamb.
3. Cover and bake in 350-degree oven 1 1/4 hours.
4. Uncover and bake 15 minutes; drain off fat.
