6 tomatoes 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs 1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1. Remove stem ends from tomatoes.
2. Remove pulp from each tomato, leaving shell.
3. Mash tomato pulp.
4. Add remaining ingredients to pulp; mix well.
5. Fill tomato shells with mixture; place in ungreased baking dish.
6. Bake at 350-degrees for 20 minutes.
7. Garnish with parsley or additional crumbled bacon, if desired.
