Baked Oysters Recipes

30 oysters in the shell
Butter
Salt and pepper

1. Wash the oyster shells thoroughly by scrubbing with a brush.

2. Place, deep shell down, in a baking pan in very hot oven.

3. Bake until the shells open, remove the upper shells, add a little butter and salt and pepper to each oyster. Serve on half the shells.
