1/2 cup butter or margarine 3 tablespoons blanched slivered almonds 2 teaspoons dry mustard 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar 3 tablespoons sliced green olives 4 small or 2 large halibut steaks
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Saute' almonds in butter until just beginning to color.
3. Add mustard, vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, and olives,
stirring well for a few minutes.
4. Arrange fish in shallow buttered casserole; pour sauce
over.
5. Cover; cook 25 to 30 minutes.
