3 ripe avocados (black in color) 1 tomato, peel and remove seeds 1 medium red onion, diced 1 T. hot jalapeno pepper, chopped dash of ground coriander 1 T. lemon juice 1 T. vinegar 2 T. salad oil 1/2 tsp. salt
1. Mince the avacados and tomato.
2. Add all ingredients and mix well.
3. Serve with chips and raw vegetable.
