4 Tbs mayonnaise 4 Tbs finely chopped fresh basil leaves Black pepper to taste 2 crusty Italian or French rolls, split Fettuce leaves 4 oz sliced Lorraine cheese 1 avocado, sliced 1 tomato, sliced
1. Combine mayonnaise, basil and pepper.
2. Spread on each roll.
3. Top with lettuce, Lorraine, avacado and tomato slices.
