4 tablespoons mayonnaise 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil leaves lack pepper to taste 2 crusty Italian or French rolls, split lettuce leaves 4 ounce sliced Lorraine cheese 1 avocado, sliced 1 tomato, sliced
1. Combine mayonnaise, basil and pepper.
2. Spread on each roll.
3. Top with lettuce, Lorraine, avocado and tomato slices.
